Refund Policy for online exam and mock tests preparation services

Thank you for choosing OnMyTest.com for your online test preparation needs. We strive to provide high-quality online self-learning, exam practice, and mock tests and a valuable learning experience. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Please read our refund policy carefully:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Full refunds are available for requests made within 30 days from the date of purchase
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have started the course or attempted any questions.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@onmytest.com with your order details and reason for the refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our support portal.
Once your return request is received and evaluated, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Course materials that have been downloaded or accessed in any form are non-refundable.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the request has been approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
5. Course Changes and Cancellations
If a course is canceled by OnMyTest.com, you will receive a full refund or the option to enroll in an alternative course.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items can not be refunded.
7. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

OnMyTest.com reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website.
